Tellicherry Fort is one of the perfect examples of the natural and historical place. This place is the oldest place of the Kerala famous for the architectural structure of the fort. This place is having a hut shape building with the beggar grasslands outside to the fort. The grasslands are maintained with time to time and coconut and palm trees are the most visited tree in the ground. The coordination of the place and grasslands attract the tourist to watch this place.

The foundation of the fort is constructed with the Laterite stones and mural paintings are decorated on the main entrance of the Fort. The structure of the fort has the elaborately carved doors that decorate the entrance and huge walls. It has secret tunnels within it and that lead to the Arabian Sea.
