The Lighthouse Beach (Kovalam)

The lighthouse beach is the most popular and beautiful beach in the Kovalam district situated in Kerala state.

This beach has numbers of reason of becoming beautiful. The light house beach is partially covered by the shore of the sea and the remaining area is enclosed by the nature in which sand, coconut trees, and different variety of flower are included.

Coconut tree plantation is also available on a large scale on some distance from the beach.

Due to the presence of a lighthouse on the seashore, this beach having its name Lighthouse beach. Tourist love to see this beach because the beach is full of nature and clean environment with lots of happiness.

Most of the water activities are played here like swimming, parasailing, boating, speed boat, surfing board and beach volleyball.
